FISHERMEN’S VILLAGE TO HOST 2nd ANNUAL KEY LIME FESTIVAL

“You put da lime in the coconut and drink it all up”. . . you know how the familiar song goes! Fishermen’s Village is putting up the green (literally!) in preparation for our 2nd annual Key Lime Festival to be held Saturday, May 17,10 am- 6 pm. Family friendly activities planned will include:
Balloon Making, Face Painting, Limes Squeeze Contest, Name the “Lime Mascot” contest, Key Lime Pie Eating Contest, Tarot Card reading by Pamela, Guess D’Limes as well as vendors on the Village promenade featuring Key Lime related products. Live entertainment will be provided by Gator DJ, 10 am-3 pm and Country/Trop Rock by Andrew Dean (direct from Nashville!) from 5-9 pm.
Village Restaurants will feature Key Lime Specialties. Select merchants will showcase their products/services including: Naples Soap: samples of key lime soaps/lotions; Simply Sweet: key lime pie, cupcakes, gelato, candy and more. Island Life Yogurt will feature their scrumptious key lime yogurt. Mmmmmm, can’t you already taste it!!!
Come hungry and expect to leave happy and satisfied for you will have tasted, smelled and experienced everything your heart desires that is Key Lime at this one day, once a year Fishermen’s Village Key Lime Festival!
